Achievements, error codes, 0x87c40011, 0x87c47500

I cannot open any achievements, earn them, etc. The app is throwing these errors upon entry and attempting to view any game. I have tried hard resetting, recovering my profile, deleting it again and clearing the caches, powering down for 3min and recovering
my profile. These steps did not work. Other profiles can view achievements on my console. I can also view mine on Xbox.com.

A few days ago I did also have a glitch where I got zero notifications and it wouldn't tell me when people were in my party (even though they were). Had to hard reset and the issue was fixed. Seemed like these issues started around the same time... Don't
know if they're related.

 

Same issue here. I noticed it after playing Wolf Among Us for about an hour and a half without any achievement pop-up. I hope this gets fixed soon and I get all of my achievements, as I don't really feel like re-playing that 90 minutes.

 

has anybody else here talked to or chatted with XBL support. If you haven't don't bother. WASTE OF TIME!!!! Really how long does it take to fix this and I never experienced this on my 360 but all I have are problems with XBone. JOKE!!!

 

Whenever I try to load up the achievements app a message pops up saying please give it another try then gives me the error code 0x87c40011. I inputted the code at the support website, but it apparently does not exist. And so I've tried rebooting my console
several times, holding down the power button until it turns off, changing the background to a solid colour, and I redownloaded my profile but this problem still appears. Anything to help me solve this problem would be very appreciated. Thank you.

 

Yeah, same here. I've pretty much 100%'d Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast and Furious and I'm yet to see a single achievement pop for it. I also can't use the Achievement App. Achievements also don't work on Smartglass either so it must be something to do with
Xbox Live.

 

Are any of you guys part of the Dashboard Preview Programme? Just wondering if any of the beta updates are causing issues with other apps.

 

My achievements have just came back on. Finished a match on Halo and an achievement unlocked. Alls good now, hope it stays.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues and error codes you guys have been receiving. I want to assure you guys that this is currently being investigated by the appropriate teams. I will post back here once I have more information to provide you all with.Your

In the meantime if you haven't already, I would suggest trying out some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get it sorted.

• Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
  
• Then, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console.
• Try launching the Achievement App again.

They're working again for me too. Yay! Just happened to check SmartGlass about 20 minutes ago and it started showing all my achievements.

Now just gotta hope the last three achievements I need for 1000/1000 on Forza Horizon 2: Fast & Furious pop up. :/

 

hey Miss Diggz, i have tried your troubleshooting steps and i unplugged the power source for several minutes. but it still didn't work for me.

I'm getting the 0x87c40011 Error code every time i try to start up my achievement app. also when i try to open my achievements on the website, it tells me i have found a glitch on the website.

Please help me fix this thing.

 

I saw other threads about this and I'm having this issue with my Xbox one any fixs other then the hard reset which I have done a couple times already. Plus it seams to have effected my 360 with getting achievements as well so I'm guessing must have to wait
it out?

 

I'm having the same issues as well tried pretty much everything but does not fix.

 

same for me, i contact ms support internet and they invite me to post a thread on xboxachievments wtf

 

Despite the fact that I've found many threads on this subject, there doesn't seem to be a fix. Moreover, the threads that I discovered were all locked.

Please, fix this.

I've tried every bit of information I found. Full power cycle, and various other "fixes", and to no avail.

 

Well, as crappy as it sounds, I'm glad I'm not the only one who is still stuck with this.
