    I've completed all requirements for this achievement but it did not unlock how do I fix this?

    Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing last achievement Ultimate Collection doesn't get unlocked at all

    The achievement issue is well known regarding xbox one. This is a statement from xbox live service:

    Your stats are all safe. Everything is saved on our end here and once it's all fixed you will have everything you have earned. I want to also thank you for your patience with this and we'll post an update as soon as we have more information!

    Achievement won't unlock

    Just redownloaded my profile and did the achievement requirements again. It didn't unlock.

    It was actually the 14th I did it originally.

    Achievements wont unlock, and the achievements for a lot of my games are at zero. EDIT: everything's back now

    Thanks. I'm sure I did meet the requirements for the achievements I was trying to unlock (I was following a walkthrough/guide) but they didn't unlock. Just gotta wait I guess.

    hi,

    achievements should unlock even when you are offline.

    If it did not unlock you maybe have not done what was required to get them.

    Achievement notifications not showing up.

    This morning, I got the notifications for about an hour, but then no new achievements would unlock at all. I restarted the console, and replayed the games and met the achievement requirements, but they still did not unlock. I tried for a new achievement, and that unlocked, so the game thinks it unlocked the achievements, but xbox live never unlocked them. Now I have to restart the console every half hour or I'll be locked out of getting achievements. Kind of not worth playing anything now.
