    Achievements aren't unlocking in TPH


    Heya,

    Im currently playing Two Point Hospital, and im meeting the requirements needed to unlock the achievements but they aren't unlocking. Ive tried on different maps to unlock Dr Know but nothing, and having a similar issue with another one. Is there anything I can do to try and get them to unlock?

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello Cloe, this can happen due to some bug in the game or in the system that is not communicating correctly with the servers and does not unlock the achievement.

    Try to follow the procedures below, first uninstall the game and then do a reset on your console keeping games and apps and install the game again.

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

    Thank you for your advice! However, the achievements still don't appear to be unlocking after following your steps, is there another approach I can take?

    Dr Know is very bugged and can be pure luck as to whether it unlocks or not. I did find this which may or may not help:

    "I got it restarting the game in a new save slot. I rushed to Mitton (it just requires 1 star in the first 3 hospitals) and I made sure to be online when reaching level 5"

    Hi, i have the same problem with this game and Watch Dogs 2 and they can't help us trust me I tried. It's a shame because it's a really cute game but it's a mess.
