Discus and support Achievements aren't unlocking. (beta preview) in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I did two achievements on minecraft (kill an elder guardian & use a map from a cartographer to entre the structure) and they didn't unlock they still...     Achievements aren't unlocking. (beta preview)


    I did two achievements on minecraft (kill an elder guardian & use a map from a cartographer to entre the structure) and they didn't unlock they still remain locked. However the popup that I unlocked them triggered but they aren't appearing on my profile.

    Are you in the preview program? Is it just the notifications you aren't seeing or are the achievements not unlocking at all.

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing achievement issues. Have you gone through the troubleshooting article that outlines Problems with Xbox One
    Achievements and Challenges    ? Additionally, please do check the Achievement Unlocking thread and complete the survey—your information will be recorded
    and will be passed along to the proper teams to take a look at it.

    I did online and they told me to do a hard reset and wait 72 hours. They then said if that didnt work to contact the forums.. I am hoping by Monday the 72 hours will be cleared and it will work, but I had tried a reset before and it didnt work so I am
    hesitant to get my hopes up..
