Achievements Aren't Supported. Again.

So I was going to get my daily points for GP, playing through Vampire Survivors. And the achievements popped in the game (with the rewards etc), but the rewards app won't recognize it, my gamerscore hasn't upped, it's saying I have 0 GS in every game I've ever played (GS is actually about 350k), and it says Achievements Aren't Supported.

To troubleshoot I have already: restarted my console. Reset my console. Reinstalled my account. Cleared my cache. Checked TA and the Server Status page. Reinstalled the game and redid one of the easier achievements I'd gotten this evening. I am fully online, no privacy settings are activated, my NAT is open, and I even consulted a Magic 8 Ball just to be completely positive I didn't miss any potential troubleshooting steps.

So...what's up? I'd really like my points, and I'd really like to keep my achievement streak on TA alive and not croak at 699 days. Doesn't seem like this is a wide issue at the moment, can't tell with Reddit mostly down in protest and I'm not seeing much on the blue bird either. Anyone know of some last ditch ideas? (Playing on a Series S but they're not showing up on Cloud Gaming either on the retry.)

I saw recently another gamer reporting something similar regarding the Xbox achievements. This could be a temporary issue, if you don't mind. Please try waiting a couple of hours and check again the achievements section.

Meanwhile, can you try checking your achievements on the Xbox app?

I found after several hours of digging throught Xbox Support tweets that achievements was having trouble. The issue was corrected in the morning.

Hi there,

what happens if the child account logs into the Xbox Companion App, which is available on PC, Android and iOS? Does it receive the same message when looking at achievements on the profile?

This is to determine if the issue is Profile related or console related.

If the same message appears on the App then it's best to double check things on the account via
http://account.microsoft.com to verify that all data is correct and up to date, like subscriptions etc.

Also go to http://account.xbox.com/settings and check the privacy and online safety settings to see if all is set up, I don't think there is a achievements one, but just to be sure.

If it only happens on the console then please try the following:

try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If that doesn't work then it may be needed to Remove and Redownload the profile again, keep in mind that this will require the account credentials.
