Achievements are unlocked, but I don't own the game anymore/can't play it/download it

Hi,

every now and then I try to find a solution for this well known issue.

In 2011 I bought a game and a lot of DLC via GFWL. It was Fable III and I am a big fan of the game.

After the GFWL support stopped I lost my game and all of it's DLC. I still can see which achievements I unlocked, but the game is gone.

For the first years it made me really angry. I made a lot of calls in the past few years, trying to fix this problem.

Nobody could ever help me.

I got resignated, still tried to fix this issue.

Still no one could help me.

Now it again is time to get the products back I paid (Mod Removed - Profanity) money for.

Please, please, please help me. My account name is "TaubesKind".

I can see all the achievements I unlocked over the time I had fun with my purchased software, but I can not download it anymore because the shop page does not exist anymore and Microsoft employees do not know any solution or are annoyed from my back then hours
long calls just to get back what I paid for. And I do understand them. It annoys me too.

But please. Please. Please send someone who can fix this already.

The game is still purchasable thruough Microsoft shop, but my copy was just taken away. Why??

Hello Maximilian,

Games do not disappear from a Microsoft account.

If the game is not appearing within your Microsoft order history, it is more than likely on another account.

Also if it does not appear, there would be other factors to where our forums community would not have the tools necessary for reviewing/investigating your account.

You would need to reach out to our support team as you have been previously provided.

Hi Eric,

thank you for the fast answer.

The purchases do not appear in my order history. I still use the same account.

I am scared to get back into the support loop I got stuck in so often.

Each one refers to the other, but no one is able to act.

I will contact the Xbox Support ... again.

But I would be more lucky if I could get a concrete explanation why this happens, or a concrete address of who could help me with this issue.

I am trying to fix this for 5 years now. Five years!

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums regarding a game you purchased through Games for Windows Live.

The purchase should still show under your accounts
Order History if you are still gaming on the same account, If you see the purchase then you should still have the license for it.

If you are unable to see it then I would advise that you
Contact Xbox Support so that you can get further assistance from them directly.
