Achievements are not recorded on the PC

Have you tried restarting your PC, which would reboot the Xbox Gamepass app as well. Perhaps the power cycle will fix your achievement delay.

You could also check your Achievements through the Xbox pc app or Xbox.com to see if they are at least recording.

Microsoft have already given an opinion on this in that they don't allow you to use any third party programs on the PC to get data onto your 360.

The PC version of the game records achievement data in the same way as the 360 version. So if you've met the prerequisites on the PC version then the achievements will pop on your 360 if you play those games.

If you're on PC and have PC game pass or ultimate you install PC versions just like Xbox

Cloud play is where your stream the Xbox version to your PC from the Xcloud servers. It doesn't mean there was a native PC version available.

As the game is not PlayAnywhere, and there are no recorded achievements for a PC version, and records of people complaining about the lack of one, you either played via the cloud or acquired the game elsewhere. I don't know what else to tell you

Never mind what i said earlier about earning achievments on PC. It still doesn't work. I hadn't tested it properly and had my hopes up. All the achievments and stats are recorded ONLY from my Xbox One.

are recorded; it's up to the developers when it should record (usually when something specific happens, like a high score). If you don't want it to record so much, then don't score so high.
