    Achievements Are Completed but Not Counting Towards Score


    I've been in contact with Xbox Support since Nov-23 regarding my issue in title. I've gone through seven supports: Marx, Christine L, Valein K, Madion T, Dianne, YanYan, and Ariel. Today I had a collaboration chat with Ariel who says they were personally talking to YanYan as well regarding my issue and that they both are directing me to here now claiming "Support has exhausted all possible solutions" and that I'm to submit a report here because this is "TeamXbox", and the people are "actually Xbox staff working under Reddit".

    I have 31 different games, all 360 games, that show I have not completed certain achievements but once the game is selected it shows that they are unlocked but they are not counting towards my total gamerscore. Here is an example of just one game:

    Achievement ERROR

    This was an issue, although either way you would lose the achievement since it was not counted toward your gamer-score, re-download andretry the achievements

    Does Anyone Care About Xbox One Achievements Unrelated To Games?

    Seeing as how they don't count towards GS, no, they are completely useless. I'm OK with 'prestigious' no-score achievements (although the only one that jumps to mind is the Day 1 achievement), otherwise I see absolutely no point in giving them to apps.

    More devils advocate than anything else, but to those saying that these app achievements promote negative behaviour/habits, how so?

    Entire levels must be completed in one sitting for it to count towards the achievement. If you quit and save in the middle of a level and finish it later, it will not count.

    that's how it works, as soon as achievement's become 31 days old or over they don't count towards your fiends scoreboard and the score starts to drop, to maintain the lead you have to play and earn achievement's to stay in the lead.

    So I cleared the cache, and unfortunately still the same problem, where the achievement is unlocked but is not counting towards the overall games progress and score. Would deleting my save and replaying maybe fix?
