    Dear Xbox LIVE users,

    Last week I wanted to take a look at my achievements that I still need to earn. While loading up the achievements app on Xbox one

    and clicked on Halo: The Master Chief Collection game, it said that I had 61/0 achievements. And it didn't even showed me the achievements. Today I wanted to check my player ID, and that doesn't even load aswell.

    Is there any solution for the not loading achievements and player ID?

    It's been going on for weeks and I don't know how to fix it.

    Achievements not loading

    Months ago, I completed every Halo campaign in the Master Chief Collection on Legendary difficulty (excluding ODST). However, after I completed "Midnight" and the epilogue in Halo 4, not only did I not get the achievement for completing
    that mission, I didn't get the achievements for beating every Halo mission on Easy, Normal, Heroic, or Legendary, even though it said ON THE GAME that I had beaten EVERY SINGLE MISSION ON MCC. Now I know that achievements mean nothing to some players, but
    I wanted to feel proud after I put dozens of hours on this playthrough alone, and the achievements were that sense of pride, and it provides closure. So, needless to say, after I finally beat "Midnight" and "Epilogue" in which I didn't get the achievements
    I deserved, I was pretty pissed off. I waited months in hope that it would eventually pop, and I completed the mission again, but since the game said I had beaten it, I didn't get the achievements then either. All I'm asking is for someone at Microsoft to
    see this, and hopefully give me the achievements I earned. If that's possible anyway, for I don't know how that works. Thank you for your time. Achievements and Player ID not loading :)

    Destiny - Achievement

    This is a special problem with the destiny achievements.

    Solution:

    1. Start Destiny, log in and choose your player.

    2. When your player is loaded, go to the settings screen.

    3. Choose log out there and then switch player.

    4. When prompted to choose player, choose your profile again.

    5. Choose your character.

    6. Once loading is completed, the achievements will pop up in a row :)

    This is a special problem with the destiny achievements.

    Had that by myself and with most of my friends I play with. This fixed it.

    For some reason all the destiny achievements do not show any progress at all.
