    Achievement won't unlock Ty the Tasmanian Tiger HD


    I've been play playing Ty the Tasmanian Tiger HD on the Xbox Series X and I completed the game 100%. My problem is the achievement for collecting all the picture frames didn't unlock even though I collected all 373 of them.

    I've tried restarting the game, loading another save, loading into a couple different levels, doing a hard restart of my Xbox, removing my account from my xbox and adding it back, waiting 24+ hours and still no luck.

    Replaying the game for this one achievement would probably take me 10 hours of gameplay and I really don't want to do that.

    Does anyone have any suggestions? Is this an xbox issue or game issue?

    !!!!! I woke up this morning to an Xbox app notification that the achievement unlocked!!!! I now have 1000/1000GS. I have no idea if someone at MS worked some magic or if it was just super duper delayed. I hadn't launched the game since my last post.

    That really makes my day! Thank you for your time replying and thank you if you were involved in any way of getting my achievement to unlock.

    Thank you for looking into this. I will try contacting the dev through the email in that link. A day or two ago I tried tagging them in a tweet but haven't gotten a response. I've also posted on the community run Reddit and Discord in hopes someone had experienced something similar and knew of a fix but no luck yet. I have a bad feeling that there is no real fix, just to replay the whole game...

    So after a number of emails back and forth and some troubleshooting support from the devs it looks like there is no fix for this.

    They haven't seen this issue before which I can believe since I have not seen it mentioned when searching for a solution. Basically we confirmed I correctly collected all of the collectable and the in game cheat codes do not disable the achievement. Since the achievement is triggered by picking up all the specific collectable in one save there is no way for me to trigger it in my current save since I have them all collected. There is also no way to revert to an older save. This just leaves me with starting a new save unfortunately. Unless someone at Microsoft can work some magic? Which I don't expect at all. I'm glad to have some closure and know I didn't just mess up. I may either just replay the whole game or just move on to the second game.
