Achievement "Warlord" in Halo 5 will not unlock.

The achievement "Warlord" in Halo 5 will not unlock despite having completed the requirements multiple times. On Xbox.com my progress towards completing the achievement in 300%. I contacted Xbox support and went through several steps to try and resolve
the issue and none worked. The support representative asked me to make a post here in order to have the issue resolved. Thanks!
