Achievement Unlocking issues - doesn't track progress

Hi everyone,

I was told by MS support to leave a post here with my issue to see if anybody has a solution.

I have some issues unlocking 2 pretty easy Achievements in Rocket Legaue with my account.

another account on the same console unlocked it without any issues , so Xbox live is fine, or the console I believe, however I've tried the following :

removed account / readded account - did not make a difference

hard reset with keeping apps and games - did not make a difference

as both achievements are require to track the progress ( 1 achievement needs 2 play , the other one needs 3 ), I believe the main issue that somehow it doesn't track the progression on my account for some reason .

Any ideas how to resolve it ?

Wolfenstein The Old Blood achievement glitched out.

Typo correction, should have read -

"The achievement progress tracker in the app shows 100% but still says it's LOCKED and not even in the progress of unlocking."

Xbox One Achievements Not Working?

Hi there,

My achievements on xbox one have not been unlocking for the last week or so. The progress bar used to track achievements is also stuck and wont update my progress towards achievements. I have tried turning it off and on again and was hoping someone here
had a solution?

achievement sticky and follow the instructions there. If you are still having an issue you will need to fill out the survey at the bottom of the sticky. Thanks!

Hey there, Darkened Night! I am sorry to see that the achievements aren't unlocking at this time. We are currently investigating an issue with game achievements not unlocking, and had an issue last week where they weren't tracking the progress as well.

Can you confirm for me that it's still not tracking the progress for you? I believe that the achievements not popping will be resolved with the game achievements, but I want to make sure that it's at least tracking for you now.

Let me know what all is going on and we'll see what our next steps are.

I and a friend are having the same issue. Multiple games, testing different achievements (including extremely simple ones), nothing unlocking. In fact, for achievements with progress tracking no progress is being tracked either. Seems to be only Xbox One
(360 works, haven't tested Win8 or Win10 achievements). All steps have been followed, nothing.

I bought my Xbox One on the day of Release and achievements worked fine, it was justa few weeks after the release of NXOE my achievements stopped unlocked, tracking progress and other game progress will not track either such as kills or assassinations on
the friendlist leaderboards in the achievements area of the Xbox.

Interesting. Mine, for this challenge showed progress. I checked it before it popped, and was at 98%. I have, however, noticed at times some of the achievements didn't show progress before those popped.

the 10,000 gallons of blood was tracking fine for me also, i was playing with a friend and his was tracking also. my only beef was that i wish the notification would say "challenge unlocked(or completed)" instead of "achievement unlocked".
