Achievement stuck on "Done! Unlocking..."

    Achievement stuck on "Done! Unlocking..."


    Once again the Xbox One achievements system has completely failed to impress me...

    About 30 minutes ago I met the requirements for unlocking the secret Far Cry 4 achievement "One Down" but it has not unlocked. Instead it remains locked with the text "Done! Unlocking..." displayed.

    Is there a way of returning my Xbox One console and games for a full refund due to never ending achievements issues? They are completely ruining my gaming experience and I am considering abandoning ship and switch to PS4 or PC gaming instead.

    Stuck Achievement at "Done...Unlocking"

    If it is saying done...unlocking you just need to give it some time. This happens a lot with Xbox one achievements

    Stuck Achievement at "Done...Unlocking"

    Have the same issue with 6 of the achievements. When they eventually unlock do they usually just add to my gamerscore or will they randomly pop in game. Tried a brand new game file and same achievements are stuck unlocking.

    There is no such thing as an "achievement ambassador".

    Do you own a smart phone? Sometimes, when there are issues with achievements not unlocking, you can check on Smartglass and it will say "Done Unlocking", meaning you've done what's required for the achievement, it is just stuck in a queue.

    Yes this is happening here too with HALO2: Metropolis achievement. It's stuck at Done...Unlocking.
