    I unlocked the Reclaimer achievement online and it says it was time stamped on my Xbox 360 on 4/18/2015. However, on xbox.com it says the achievement was earned offline, and now whenever I try and play Halo 4 or any game online it keeps saying "Failed to
    write. Unable to read/write data to my profile" or something like that and Xbox automatically keeps signing me out of live. It's frustrating because I can no longer play online. Xbox support had me delete my profile and recover my gamertag which allows me
    to play again but now it says my achievement was unlocked offline on BOTH my console and xbox.com now. I want my achievement to say it was unlocked online on 4/18/2015 like it rightfully should be because I beat the level while connected to live and it unlocked
    the achievement. I don't understand why the achievement said unlocked offline on xbox.com to begin with. Is there anything that can be done to make sure that this achievement says it was unlocked online with a time stamp both both my console and xbox.com?

    Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now

    It is giving me trouble because it keeps on automatically signing me out and says "xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now" and it only happens with my account

    Xbox One Down, NAT Moderate, yet connected to internet

    I just tried signing on and it says that I can't access Friends, Internet Explorer, etc. Yet when I go to my Internet connections, it says I am connected. Well NOW it keeps signing me out of XBOX One on my console, it keeps saying that I need t o sign in
    with a controller, when I do that, it says they couldn't sign me in and to check account on xbox live, but I can't check that because it won't let me.

    I live in Missouri.

    My Nat is Moderate

    What is going on? Now I can't even sign into my own games now? I can't access internet on xbox one, but can access it on my computer.

    Someone please help!

    Say i earn achievements on 1 xbox and then go back to the other one, so i still keep those achievements. Is there a rule like i have to earn the achievements online for them to count? or do they save to the USB and appear when i go back to my other xbox.

    Same here/ I have NEVER played on a different console, but today Reckoning tells me that I played on a different console, and now I'm earning achievements that I already earned. My gamerscore on my Xbox is going up wrongly, but my xbox.com profile says
    my true gamerscore (prior to this error). Checking achievements on the console and in-game only shows the ones I've unlocked again, not all of the other ones I already had.

    Misses Quinzel, Going to xbox.com and logging in and clicking over to my profile page. I then click on the link that says achievements. The entry is located on my achievements page. Now I know you said it wasn't fixed on the achievements app on the Xbox
    One but I will confirm it is still there as well.

    No no, sorry, I wasn't fully informative there.

    DoA was pre-owned and I returned it not because I wasn't earning achievements, but because I had no fun playing it. I was saying that unless I get achievements in THAT game, the Saints Row 4 ones should be the most recent. I wasn't sure if I was going to
    earn any achievements between my last post and your response.

    GoW:J is the only game I'm currently having issues syncing the achievements, and though nobody else can see the achievements I earned for it, my gamerscore is still correct both on my console and here on the site.

    My mistake for not being thourough with my explaination.

    Achievement list error

    It is unlocked on xbox.com. I have all of the achievements unlocked when you drill down but from the list view it says 195G 19/20 achievements.

    This isn't an error of the phone synching with xbox.com as the same error is viewed from online or my xbox.
