Achievement Progress Deleted

Immediately after I downloaded the 5th update for Titanfall today, I took a look at the new achievements. I noticed all the progress I had in my locked ones had been completely erased. I kept my unlocked achievements, but my "I've Seen Everything" progress
and all similar achievement progress has been totally wiped. I chatted from support, and the guy said to post it here. He mentioned some team with backups and records of all achievement progress for all accounts? Just trying to get some help here.

Yesterday my achievement progress was gone on watchdogs, and now today some of the progress is back but not close to what is should be. I am missing quite a few achievements now for watchdogs which i have been working very hard to get and its frustrating
seeing the progress wheel in-game saying i should have the achievement but xbox wont give them to me.

I noticed this this morning (7/31/14) all of my TitanFall progress on currently locked achievements was and did stay at 0%. I'm sure my other games were affected as well(Guacamelee, Spartan Assault, and Wolfenstein) but TitanFall is the only one I actively
keep track. I even played a game of Hardpoint to see if they were just reset but after I won the game the progress on the Hardpoint Achievement was still 0%. Kinda don't want to play any Xbox One games until this is remedied and my progress reinstated.

 

There is a xbox service alert hopefully you will get them restored once xbox live is sorted

 

Unless, of course, they simply stopped tracking them. Does anyone know if support for achievement percentage tracking was dropped?

i have the same problem as this after the 5th update all progress is lost. i also got to level 50 and regenerated in the game this should achieve me two 50G achievements. however none of them where awarded to me.
