Achievement Progress Bar at Zero Percent

I fired up my Xbox tonight to play sunset and wanted to have a look how I was getting on with the achievements so I opened up the achievements app to have a look. I am now very confused though as all my locked achievements are now showing with zero parent
progress (you know...the bar under each one showing the progress on that achievement). I checked a couple of other games and is the same. I'm sure it worked fine yesterday. I asked a friend and it seems to be the same on his. Is this a known issue? Is anyone
else having the same problem? It hasn't been removed as the process bar is still there but only showing zero. Help?!?!?!

I tried that. It still stays at zero percent and for some reason my Live connection fails as well. It might just by my internet but I waited a whole hour and the download bar did not move

 

My reward points is missing

so half of what you say was right because when I checked my star progress on the 16th it was at 89 percent and now when I check it was 8 percent and you said it restarted on January 1st so why did it change my progress that was made after you guys updated
the right progress in which put it at 89 percent so you guys need to put my progress back to the correct 89 percent progress

 

Same problem here, I'm holding off on playing anymore SO until there's a fix and hopefully avoid glitching out the collectible achievements.

 

Can you guys please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts off. See if that fixes the issue for yourselves.

 

I can try that later but replies on another forum suggest that this is affecting a great many people and is not isolated.

 

Hey, guys! I'm very sorry to see that your achievements aren't progressing at all! We were aware of this issue yesterday and have worked to resolve it. We are seeing reports of people seeing some achievements show up, but not all of them.

If your achievements are still sitting at 0% or "Done, unlocking...", please give them a full 48 hours to see if they will reconcile and pop themselves. If they do not, please post back in here, and we'll work on getting you resolved.

I have waited 48 hours and the number of achievements for Sunset Overdrive unlocked is wrong and I have one achievement stuck at Done! Unlocking...

 

Many thanks for the update. My achievements have now got progress bars again and the one I unlocked whilst it was not working was showing as unlocked.

 

The challenge I unlocked is still not being counted in the number of achievements I have in Sunset Overdrive. It should say 24 and instead says 23.

your profile here that you have the 24 achievements. If it's not showing up on your console, please remove and download your profile. This should refresh your profile with the one on the server that shows the proper amount of achievements.

Very happy to see that your achievements are all good, AccidentReport! I'll remove my verification and keep an eye on this thread for any stragglers.

 

Misses Quinzel, I did that, but if you count the achievements you can see that I actually have 25. It only shows 24.

 

It would show 25 because I have unlocked 3 challenges, one of which is not being counted.
