Achievement points convert to reward points

hello I am trying to find out why I never seem to earn reward credits from achievements earned. The pie chart only states I have only earned from pre-orders, store purchases and surveys. I have earned much in achievements but nothing have been added to my
account for achievements at all.

Convert reward points

If you requested a deposit on or after February 19, they would be scheduled to be deposited on the 15th. There is no way to have them deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates.

hi I made a request a few weeks ago to convert my reward points but I didn’t receive a reply I was hoping to use the credit to purchase Xbox live but since no one got back to me my Xbox live ran out. I was hoping to have my reward points converted today
so I can purchase Xbox gold and continue playing online. I contacted the support team and they suggested that I put this post up because only the reward team could help in my situation.

Achievements only earn rewards if they are part of a specific offer on the site, like the current RoboRewards offers. In order to receive credits, you have to first purchase a game(Or games) that is eligible for that offer and then earn a set amount of achievements
for that game.

Otherwise, you don't earn credits for achievements.

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

Hello. has now switched to microsoft rewards program. I don't know if they've converted the points or if they keep working

No. Microsoft Points was a prepaid card system and could later (after points had been discontinued) be redeemed for 0,012EUR a point.

800 Points was converted on redemption to 9,60EUR, 2100 Points to 25,20EUR, 4200 to 50,40EUR

Please no reward program answers! Reward Points have nothing to do with my problem. Thank you.
