Achievement points and Gamerscore leader board

I’m curious about the gamerscore leaderboard. I have had a small challenge with some friends for a couple months the March 2018 is what I have an issue with.. The month changed over on march 31 at 8 pm. Not sure why it ended then, but it didn’t give me
credit for over 175 points . The achievements showed up under the game titles but no change in the leader board points.

Ok my question is that a normal thing to end the month at that time and does the leader board not always give you credit for points earned ?

How does gamerscore leader board work?

The gamerscore leader board is broke I gotten over 800 achievement points from Quantum Break and Tombraider and it's only showing I've gotten 395.

 

Achievement Leader board issues.

Is anyone else having issues with this? it says I'm still at +0 gamerscore gained on the friends achievement leader board, and I've gained over +1,000 G this week. What can I to to fix the problem?

 

Since that is not a Rewards program issue, Rewards support will not be able to assist. However, most of the time Xbox things go by UTC time zone. Not your own. So for example I'm in the central time zone and sales and leaderboard stuff usually switches over
at 7pm. So that's normal.

As far as not counting gamerscre, there have been glitches with gamerscore for the past several days which has extended to the leaderboard. My leaderboard shows that none of my friends have earned anything gamerscore for April yet, even though they have.
