Discus and support achievement not giving me the gamerscore in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I got an achievement about a week ago it popped and it stated that I unlocked the achievement and the date by has not given me the gamerscore I have...     achievement not giving me the gamerscore


    I got an achievement about a week ago it popped and it stated that I unlocked the achievement and the date by has not given me the gamerscore I have tried all resets and syncing has not worked please help.

    Achievements not giving gamerscore

    This game downloads episodically, would deleting just the broken episode work or should I try the whole game?

    To be sure delete the whole game so no corrupt files will remain behind and after cleaning your console cache downloaded it again.

    Have you checked your profile on a computer to make sure that it is actually showing as unlocked on there?

    Hi, I'd recommend trying all steps in the following post to see if you can get that achievement to pop: Achievement Unlocking Issues? -- CHECK HERE!!

    Note that there is a survey in Section 3 of that post to fill out in case the steps in the first two sections don't result in the achievement working properly for you. Hope that helps!

    I did the delete and 're add and I had to 're do the achievement I have done it and it has worked and given me the gamerscore thank you for the help
