Achievement Lost, or Broken Achievements.

First wave Xbox One April updates

This update has broken a lot of stuff for me, love the features don't like all the glitches that came with it :S
ala achievement app/achievements are all broken

 

Anniversary update broke the Netflix voice commands

The achievements are broken too just started a 30day trial and no achievements poppin and yes I can still see the achievement list in the snap guide

 

Yup, sounds like your friend modded your gamerscore. Which is part of the reason why it's a violation of the code of conduct to allow anyone else access to your account. You would have had to contact the enforcement team after the gamerscore reset initially
happened to see if they removed it. Since it happened years ago that would no longer be possible and gamerscore resets are permanent. In order to re-earn those achievements, you would have to start a new account.

Think of it more as a lesson in not letting people do things to your account . How fair would it have been if people that grinded for the gamerscore , people that play by the rules ,. Im sorry that there is nothing that can be done , but it should have
been reported and this could have been avoided then

 

what do u mean i did grind my gamer score..thousands of hours on games. and friends.. trying to get our achievements. 8 years of it.. lost to something

If your "friend" did modify your Gamerscore. They could have also removed achievements you had earned when they modified it. If you're not seeing an enforcement notice for your account. that's more than likely what happened.

 

no i had to get help from customer support to find the enforcement. in 2010 and there is no details only a date? . like the hell. could at least tell me what the hell happened?

 

You may talk to Xbox Support to see what they can do about It

 

they litterly sent me here.. and said to wait up to 72 hours. i mean i dont really care about the achievements. its more of the fact i earned a f tone of them.. to loose them because of something i dont even remember doing.. just kinda pisses me off..
and starting again on a new account is not that easy when u have 8 years of stuff.. that cant be used on the new account. if i knew about this stuff back in 2010 when this apparently happened i would jump up and down like a crazy man. i just find it so weird...
i have achievements i never earned... and all the ones i did are gone.. its just like ... what? XD

 

i mean ive never cheated at anything. i cant even take free money! i feel to guilty and give it back.. id rather. starve then take someone else's money.. so why would i cheat on games? i just trusted a friend.. when i was a kid. and its come back to haunt
me.. i mean i havent spoken to that person in 7 years.. or know where they even are. i just do my own thing. i just find it kinda upsetting that this probably cant be fixed. and ill just have to deal with not being able to get any achievements. on my old games
that i like so much. i mean i would probably have 1 years worth of time spent in halo 3 and halo reach XD. i played those 2 games so much with friends and random online people those were the greatest times!.

 

Interesting. It wasn't showing up for you on the site initially, but then support was able to find it? It was quite a while back though. Probably just a hiccup in the server.
