Achievement Loss Issue

I was offline for a while because support was fixing my problem with my gamertag and got it fixed on Jan 10th 2015 and I redownloaded my profile and started playing a game and noticed I had to do the same stuff I worked on hard getting and I went to my achievements
and saw that I lost some achievements. I scolled down my list of games and saw another game that I lost a couple achievements and saw that 3 of my games I've lost all achievements. I contacted support sometime last month about it and again the other day. The
person I talked to said she wasn't sure what to do and to go to forums and ask. I've tried redownloading my profile and clearing my system cache multiple times. Not sure what to do now.

just wondering if anyone else has had an issue where achievements have been wiped/lost as logged into my account after not using it for a few years to find all my trophies had vanished yet my 2 brothers who havent used the account for the same time have
still got their trophies any help regarding how to get them back without replaying the games again would be great

 

Loss of Achievements

I have been playing Mass Effect 3 all night. I beat the game at about 9:00 am this morning. When I went to check my most recent achievements (3 totaling 125 gamerscore) these three achievements were all I had. Somehow, my overall gamerscore of 28653 had
been reduced to only these three achievements. At aprox. 9:15 am I reset my cache, deleted my profile, and then recovered my account. My gamerscore of 28653 had returned, however, without the addition 125 of the 3 achievements. I basically have lost the 3
achievements and their respective gamerscore. Yet, when I access xbox.com these three achievements are my only achievements??? So, in short, my console says 28653 while xbox.com says 125. How can this be? I contacted xbox customer support and was, again, blown
away be the utter inexperience, lack of knowledge, and poor service of the agents. Honestly, finding an agent who knows what they are talking about is comparable to finding a needle in a haystack. Suffice to say, I am looking for anyone who may have some insight
on how the achievements will be added back to my account. As usual in these situations, I look to my fellow gamers for advice, for at lease we care about the functionality of our equipment and accounts.

 

When you downloaded your profile it will be from the last time your profile was connected to live.

Any achievements you got whilst offline will have to be re earnt i'm afraid.

 

Then why didn't I lose a bunch of other achievements from a bunch of other games offline? Like I played Gears of War: Judgment offline and lost some achievements and my Farcry 3 and 4 I lost all achievements and then my Call of Duty: Advanced Warefare I
didn't lose any. Those were all offline when I played them
