Achievement list completly disappeared

Discus and support Achievement list completly disappeared in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Logging in to my account on my Xbox, Xbox app and Xbox website, and when I go to the achievement list on my profile, I only see "Get your game on!     Achievement list completly disappeared


    Logging in to my account on my Xbox, Xbox app and Xbox website, and when I go to the achievement list on my profile, I only see "Get your game on! Play games and earn achievements", as if I never played any games at all.

    Last game I was playing was Oblivion on Xbox Series X on backward compatibility.

    When I'm on Xbox home i can see my gamerscore up on the left but I think without the last achievement popped (50G).

    Any suggestion?

    This happened to be on the 16th and is happening to me again today (the 20th). I did all the troubleshooting Xbox Support had me do last time, to no avail. This is now a recurring problem on the Xbox-side and I wish something would be done about it.

    Hello MadPons, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    I noticed this on my account yesterday as well. However, I did play games and achievements continued to pop even though they weren't showing properly.

    Xbox hasn't said anything about there being an issue though so I'd say give it a day or so to see if it fixes itself or you could report it to support via their Twitter account at https://twitter.com/xboxsupport

    This could just be one of those bugs, Wait for the next update now that microsoft has seen it's an issue.

    Still can't see my all achievements on Xbox one or the Xbox app for Android or Xbox.com. The only achievements I can see are recently played games, but none of my old 360 or One games show up on the list. . I can view my achievements fine on the true achievements
    app for Xbox one. I have to boot up an old game for the achievements of that game to show back up. I can view my Xbox 360 achievements on the 360 emulator also.
