Achievement History Gone

Discus and support Achievement History Gone in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Today I went to check on my achivement history and in has disapeared to be replaced with a message saying to "get you game on."     Achievement History Gone


    Today I went to check on my achivement history and in has disapeared to be replaced with a message saying to "get you game on."

    I had this issue once before and was able to sort it by deleting local saved game files however that hasn't worked this time and neither has restarting or resetting the console.

    Achievement history isn't showing on my xbox profile across any of my devices.

    Has anyone else ran into this issue and managed to sort it?

    Hi! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community and hope you are doing well!

    I am seeing other gamers experiencing the same problem but I am not sure if it is a known issue already since there are no service alert on Xbox Live status page right now, link for reference https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

    And it seems you have tried to troubleshoot it already, can you try checking online to see if your achievements will show up? Try signing in your account here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status and go to "Achievements" tab. If yours is showing on the page, the problem could be on the console only.

    I suggest to also try removing and adding your profile from your console if you haven't tried yet, but make sure to note what email address you are using for your gamertag so there will be no problems adding it back. If you have your email with you, you may follow the steps here on this link to remove and add your profile https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-pro...

    Once done, turn off your console, try to unplug all wires and wait 2 minutes at least before you plug it back. After 2 minutes, plug all wires and turn on your console then add your account back.

    I hope this helps somehow but feel free to post back here in the community if there are still problems. We will try with the best of our knowledge to offer further assistance.

    That is very odd behaviour. Was your console connected to Live when you originally earned those achievements?

    yes. for some reason when I downloaded my profile almost all of the achievements and all of the download history are gone!

    Hey there! A good way to check if they are gone or not is to check your Achievement history over the website. If you don't see the achievements there, then the only way to get them back will be to re-earn them.
