Achievement Error

Assassin 24 · Apr 30, 2014

Today I purchased and downloaded Child of Light for my Xbox One. After about an hour of playing a family member entered the room and was signed in by the Xbox. They stuck around a while but eventually left the room. Some time later my character in Child
of Light reached level ten triggering an achievement. Only the achievement didn't go to me it went to my family member. It was my save file and in my profile. Later it happened again in almost the exact same way. I'm not sure if it is just this particular
game or with achievements in general. I was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this issue.

Xbox One Achievements won't pop...

I saw that error yesterday when I was trying to access my achievements. I just logged off and logged back on and the error went away.

Xbox One Achievements won't pop...

even though I get the achievements in their respective games. I get an error message 0x87c40011. However, the error doesn't exist when I enter it the xbox/support page.

And that seems to be only one of the many issues I am having with the service.

Anyone else having similar problems?

I have seen this all over the place. Even I have experienced this issue. The next Xbox LIVE update should fix this bug and fund the gamerscore to your account.

I belive the next update will sort this issue mate

While playing Ryse I finished 4 levels but some reason the achievements didn't unlock. It also happened on Lego the Hobbit, I cleared the first level but only got the achievement for it after I completed the second level

I just got a similar problem with hobbit, i got it too 100% last night but noticed that even though i got the achievement for this i was missing the achievement for completing one level so i went back and played that level through again, the achievement
popped but didn't give any credit (no gamer score) so i have the game at 100% but don't have the credit for doing so

I have the exact same problem with the same error code, but then with the game Goat Simulator. Some achievements synced correctly and suddenly my collectible achievement didn't unlock. Going to the Achievements App gives the error 0x87c40011

Jamoff

Same thing happening to me, achievements not popping and i cant open the achievements app, "something went wrong" error.

Dark XmptdRaptr

Same here. I'm playing through sniper elite 3 and tried snapping achievements, then I got this error code 0x87c40011. Tried opening achievements through My Games and Apps, but I get the same error code.

Hello everybody,

now i have the same error.. got my last achievement for fifa 15 Ultimate Win8 yesterday.

It seems that there is some error in my achievement list.

It is showing 19/20 achievements on the list but when you go in to the game it shows all are unlocked.

Thats on my wp / xbox.com / win8 game hub.

i get another achievement today on win8 and it shows correct. Hope that the last fifa achievement will be synced too.

Any tips to fix this?

thx
