    Hello All,

    I wish to reopen the case of the 0x87c40011 error as my console has this problem. It doesn't allow the updating of new achievements or viewing them.

    , however the topic is locked. I've followed these guidelines, as well as the direct chat support. Which advises me the following as well:

    - Then after that, Please go to settings > network>><advance settings>>>alternate mac address>>>>Clear>>>>Restart. To clear the alternate mac address on your xbox one.

    - Then after that, Please go to settings > network>><advance settings>>>alternate mac address>>>>Clear>>>>Restart. To clear the alternate mac address on your xbox one.

    - Remove an account from an Xbox One console

    - Force restart with the 10 sec power button hold on and removal of the power cord afterwards..

    With an unhappy result. All other topics regarding this issue are closed.

    Please advice.

    I have the exact same problem with the same error code, but then with the game Goat Simulator. Some achievements synced correctly and suddenly my collectible achievement didn't unlock. Going to the Achievements App gives the error 0x87c40011 :(
