achievement done unlocking but hasn't been given to me yet

I am slowly getting game history back with achievements but the games I played earlier have only given me the achievements I have unlocked since my score was at 0 and not all of the ones I have unlocked. My gamerscore hasn't come back yet

With stardew yes I have done all of the above, it still didn't work. With smite it hasn't been 72 hours yet, and it's impossible to re attempt the achievement given the nature of the game.

I'm having the same problem with an achievement in Far Cry 4. It's been "Done! Unlocking..." for a month now. I think the achievement unlocked during a partial service outage. I've tried a hard restart of my console several times as some have suggested,
but that hasn't done anything.

I done the achievement requirements again and it still hasn't unlocked

I've already earned the achievement with over 16,000 kills yet it still hasn't given me it. I've considered glitching it, but figure it's gotta be close to unlocking now so I keep hopping on every now and then to add a few more kills on. The worst is when
a friend gets online right as I complete a match and I think I've finally unlocked it.
