achievement doesn't unlock

the achivements: "Beyond Hope", "Battle Forged", "A Short Introduction", "The Hand is Severed", "The Tower Crumbles", "The White Wizard" ,"Wretched Retch" are nor unlocking. and they told me to post here. Help me please..

Sorry to hear about any issues unlocking Achievements. We do have a FAQ/Troubleshooting guide

HERE that can assist with these problems. Make sure when you try the steps you give it the full 72 hours to resolve, before you move on to Step 3 which is the Survey.

Xbox doesn't unlock achievements

Hey there,

Sorry to hear about the achievement issue. If you're noticing that no achievements are unlocking at all, try a

Factory Restore on your Xbox One console and give it another shot. Be sure to select 'Reset and keep my games & apps'!

 

There could be a number of reasons causing this. But there is a great guide that exists to walk you through these issues here : Achievement Unlocking Issues? -- CHECK HERE!!
. I would suggest going through that to start.

Try deleting your profile from the console and re-download it again.

How long has it been since you have done the survey, in the link I sent you ?

 

more than one month

 

If you have tried all steps on Achievement Unlocking Issues? -- CHECK HERE!! , then it appears your only option would
be to redo the achievement when you are online to try and unlock it.

 

already tried to make the achievements. but they did not unlock
