Achievement does not synchronize on my profile.

I'm with you PostModernMartr. I'm not satisfied with the cop out that Microsoft Support has taken in regards to this problem. But what Musquito said is correct, Support is no longer working on this issue and everyone who won't get a 2nd phone or reset their
current phone is S.O.L. and even if we did go get a 2nd phone, their is no guarantee that we will unlock those unsynched achievements.

I no longer have faith in Microsoft Support when it comes to fixing glitches and issues with their devices and games. But until my phone contract comes up, I will continue to post here on the forums waiting for an actual solution, but after that, I will
be switching to Android.

 

Sad to see you give in Musquito. They count on that. Seen this many times, and the only way it goes away is if people let it go away. They play the waiting game and hope people "move on" and forget about the issue.

I agree that Misses Quinzel was polite, and created a lot of posts. But, so have a lot of people in this thread. Does that mean we worked hard? Hard work would be getting something done about the issue. She did her job. And we, as consumers, need to do ours.
Don't accept half [Mod Removed] solutions that aren't even solutions. The community even came up with unlocking the achievements via a second phone when it was brought up in the thread. We need a valid solution from professionals.

I have another glitch.. I've unlocked for a few minutes the last achievement in age of apart (WP) ingame it says 20/20.. In my gamerprofile 19/20..

Can you fix it again like in the past?

got a new phone and all 3 of my achievements popped, i know support wasnt going to do anything and my contract was coming up so it worked out for me, its just unfortunate it took months and without their assistance

cloud save achievements will pop btw, I had one on Minion Rush

 

I have 5 unlocked in game but not showing on my profile,swipe 100000 times not unlocking either.Giving up and deleting all their games.Nobodyis going to offer a fix,certainly not Macro$haft.

 

Since the verified solution is still saying that appropriate teams are investigating this (which I don't really believe at all and think they should come forward and be honest about it. No investigation is ongoing and has not been for some while).

Anyways, I was able to borrow another Lumia and was able to re-earn all of the missing three achievements in Make It Rain. So I can be removed from the (long forgotten and lost) list.

 

Did a hard reset. Did not work for the Eradicator achievement in Tetris Blitz (clear 100,000 lines). In fact, it still says I have 114,000 lines cleared, but the orange progress bar is at zero LOL. Mind you this is with me also having long ago unlocked the
other achievement for HAVING ALL OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS. Go figure. I will post some screenshots later, too frustrated now.

Hope some of you don't give up. I pursue stuff like this to the end.

 

I'm still here and disappointed as well. Maybe we'll get lucky and all get Windows 10 on our phones and it'll fix the sync issue..... BAHAHAHAHAHA.... I know, I know....

 

Sorry to burst your bubble. But, I did a hard reset. Tried. Then I updated my phone to Windows 10. Tried again. No luck. Your achievement may be different, but mine needs professional MS help. Which makes sense, because with all of the games/servers/clouds/types
of achievements/counters, one fix won't fix all. It requires individual customer service which is why we are not getting help.

 

Microsoft is the new EA of customer service.

 

Hey, everyone! This will be the final post in here.

Please do not create new threads regarding this specific issue. To clarify, this thread is for achievements that did not sync with your Xbox Live profile from the middle to end of February, 2015.

Anything outside of that, you will need to refer to this sticky. The troubleshooting steps in there include the same ones I have posted in here, so please
be sure to do every troubleshooting step you can before following through with the phases in that sticky. If we see someone had submitted achievements that should have been earned between the time frame above, you will not be sent
on to investigating teams. This issue has already been looked into and the solutions given are posted below.

The below steps are the only 2 ways Official Support should offer to gain your achievement(s) that did not sync during
the middle to end of February. The reason why is because there is no data for us to manually switch over on your profile. I 100% understand that this is not the answer you are looking for from us, however these are the resolution steps provided by
the investigating teams.

1. Uninstall and re-install the game, and attempt to re-earn those achievements. ***PLEASE BE AWARE THIS MAY RESET YOUR PROGRESS IN SOME GAMES.***
   
2. Gain access to a second Windows Phone that you can attempt to unlock these achievements on.
   

We understand there are some issues behind these steps, and may not lead to a resolution for everyone. Uninstalling and re-installing the game will allow you to redo the activity needed to unlock the achievement in most games. We have reports
of some users factory resetting their phones and being able to unlock their achievements, however this is not a troubleshooting step we as Support encourage.

If you run into any new achievement issues, please follow the steps in the sticky linked above. Please remember to allow 72 hours before filling out the survey at the bottom, because your achievements can sync during that time.
