Us being redirected to the survey is just unbelievable. For at least 12 hours people haven't been able to earn achievements on WP. Fix the issue!

I can add The long walk achievement in Hitman go the list. Green banner ingame, not syncing to Xbox.com. The continuous problems with live are ridiculous. It's been going on since November 2014!!!

I'm curious to who all is affected. Has your GS on your profile been adjusted accordingly?

 

This is pathetic. I went through the steps in the sticky, filled out that stupid survey/questionnaire, provided details and NOTHING.

NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. I don't even get a response from support, no email, not even a note to say - hey, thanks for taking the time to let us know of your issues ... NOTHING.

And of course, still down 4 achievements from back IN FEBRUARY.

What a pathetic pack of unhelpful people MS Support is. Urge us to do things and still don't have the courtesy or decency to respond.

And now, of course, the latest game with achievements that has been released on the phone - Lines - is causing all sorts of synching issues too.

Hey Support, I'm due to buy a new phone. Tell me why you lot should retain my business.

Yo, any updates on this? We haven't heard anything from Miss Quinzel in about a month. I'd appreciate even just a heads up that there is no news, if nothing else.

 

Agreed, she said they are still working on this. It would be cool if there was an update.

 

Has anything been found out? I am still missing several achievements from February.

The Xbox tech support team *do* visit these forums regularly.

It would be great if we could see more of you guys there, to help bring this to the attention of the relevant people. Especially since Phil Spencer and Major Nelson regularly visit the Reddit boards.

 

I've tried uninstalling. Monopoly Millionaire gives me an error when I try to reinstall it so I can't re-earn that achievement. Make It Rain has a cloud save now so my achievements still show up as earned and can't be re-earned even after a fresh install.

 

Well here we are again. Months later. Another wave of issues.

I bought Lines yesterday, played the game a bit, popped 3 achievements and only got 1.

I'm missing:

Novice - Win 10 Levels

Bronze Age - Get a Bronze Trophy

Same deal as everyone else, Green banner, notification sound. Go later on to check profile, notice that they're missing.

 

This is getting ridiculous.... not getting, this is ridiculous!

As my verified post says in that thread you've provided, this issue is resolved. Those are the solutions for this particular situation. I understand they are not the answers you and others are looking for and not ideal for most people to resolve this, however
that is the answer provided from the teams that investigated this.

If you would like games that were delisted to be re-added to the marketplace, you will need to contact the developer of that game. You can also post on the Feedback site your suggestion of letting Windows Phone users download delisted Xbox games to their
phones again.

Looks like they're done looking into it and we're SOL.

 

Wow, what a load of BS. I've not bought a single WP game since this issue, and I won't buy another one ever again. I have played free ones, but I'm not spending any money on apps on WP again.... when my contract is up, I'm switching to Android. Why bother
with WP anymore anyway, the features it had I wanted I can get else where now.... even Cortana is going to Android and IOS, what a joke WP has become...

 

Technically they are right, the question is answered, and the answer is they can't figure out the problem, so we're left to either put up with it, or show them how we feel about it by not giving them any more support or money....

After all, if none of us were buying and using these WP devices, Quinzel and the rest wouldn't have a job on here to begin with.... perhaps they need to think a little harder about trying to keep customers happy to ensure there is a reason for Microsoft
to keep them employed.... Granted, a few people leaving won't matter, but if the masses move on to a different platform, which I'd bet money that at least un the US that the majority of people on WP have it for the games and achievements, then their jobs would
be in serious jeopardy.

Just like Unfcnbleevibl said, I used another device, because I didn't want to loose my game progress from other games (reseting current phone should do the trick). He also very well described mechanism that I used to force game to merge cloud save with
save clean of not synced achievements.

Unfortunately I don't have any advice for those of you, who's game require internet to run. Not mentioning delisted games. I'm very sorry for you guys, because chance of getting help is very poor.

Support left dedicated players without help, when it's their duty to find solution that will do the work. Very, very disappointing how you treat customers.
