Achievement does not synchronize on my profile MAY

and once again i am posting on this thread. had another 2 achievements not sync on Hitman Go WP. these are Deal breaker and Curtains Down. both unlocked on phone today. i have been on my profile and clicked on both of these. looks like another game that
will remain incomplete. please someone get this sorted. it may be small to you, but it is a big deal to some

Achievement does not synchronize on my profile.

Did a hard reset. Did not work for the Eradicator achievement in Tetris Blitz (clear 100,000 lines). In fact, it still says I have 114,000 lines cleared, but the orange progress bar is at zero LOL. Mind you this is with me also having long ago unlocked the
other achievement for HAVING ALL OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS. Go figure. I will post some screenshots later, too frustrated now.

Hope some of you don't give up. I pursue stuff like this to the end.

So when is an actual fix coming. The so called "verified answer" is not an answer. It doesn't fix anything, its nothing more than pure laziness by Microsoft, in an attempt to get people to spend even more money on a defective product.

Everyone should just hit the "moderate" button on the "verified answer" and flag it as spam/abuse.

 

Sonuva... Same here from last night. Flowerz (WP) with Green Thumb & Master Florist achievements. I thought we were past this.

 

Wtf earned 3 achievements on Microsoft mahjong today and have not syncing with profile

 

I'm curious to who all is affected. Has your GS on your profile been adjusted accordingly?

 

Unfortunately, this issue has recurred today for me.

Affected "Angry Birds Stella" WP - Album Maker 10GS which unlocked ingame but achievement hasn't updated accordingly.

Tried visiting xbox.com to see if it has updated the achievement listing but no luck so far when re-signing into my WP phone.



I'm not keen to reinstall and re-earn the achievements as I still have a number to which requires a lot more grinding.

 

Us being redirected to the survey is just unbelievable. For at least 12 hours people haven't been able to earn achievements on WP. Fix the issue!

I can add The long walk achievement in Hitman go the list. Green banner ingame, not syncing to Xbox.com. The continuous problems with live are ridiculous. It's been going on since November 2014!!!

 

Add another one to my list Misses Quinzel - unlocked World Wipe - Meadow (15g) at 7.30am UK time this morning. Not synced across to xbox.com

My main reason for having a Windows phone is the games & achievements that come with it. Might as well go back to iPhone.

 

2 didn't unlock in feb for me and too say that the thread is answered is rubbish as I cant reset my phone and certainly not buying a new one.

Add another one today, Risk - 20 wins, earned it this morning and wont sync keep getting connection problem and to check my connection. Leaderboards not loading on any games so certainly a XBOX issued but no doubt will say its our fault.

Sort it asap Microsoft as this is a joke and embarrassing, I certainly wont be buying any more wp games or a new window phone

 

Hey, everyone! You may notice that you have been split off from the other thread with the similar title. I appreciate everyone's quick responses to let us know of any issues you may be seeing. I wanted to keep this separate from the other thread, though,
as this is a different issue.

I'd like to send this up to the appropriate people, however, I will need to post the troubleshooting we have for Windows Phone achievements. I know I sound like a broken record when it comes to you all and achievements, but it's information and steps that
need to be done before I can pass along you guys to the appropriate people as a whole.

Please make sure you've already done the following (IF YOU CAN):

1. Uninstall the app (game) in question
   
2. Soft Reset your windows phone. - Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons at the same time until you feel a vibration (about 10-15 seconds). Your phone will restart automatically.
   
3. Reinstall the app (game) in question
   
4. Try earning the achievement in question again.
5. If possible, try earning a different achievement in the same game
6. If possible, try earning the achievement on a different Windows Phone.
   

Please be aware: You may lose your game progress by uninstalling and reinstalling.

If trying the troubleshooting above doesn't help you out, please provide me with the following:

• Game(s)
• Achievement(s)
• Time, including your time zone, and date you should have earned said achievement(s) (an exact time, if possible)
  

Once I have that information, I'll pass you guys along to the investigating teams. For now, I've got this as a sticky so new people can see this. If I see you post in the other thread, I will be merging you into here.

does a thread exist for the achievements not unlocking after the February period? I have had three achievements not sync from a phone game in the last 24 hours. any information into what is currently wrong would be helpful.

 

All WP achievements have been down starting at or slightly before 6am GMT on Thursday. NO ACHIEVEMENTS have sync. It is not spotty this time around. Nothing is sticking to profile for anyone, despite unlocking in game and popping the green banner. Everyone
stay away from WP for now.

I've just done all those steps and unfortunately unlocking another achievement in the same game (after the steps you've suggested and reinstalling) didn't work.

So I can confirm with the details you requested:

Achievements (Time Zone - UTC/London):

Album Maker 10GS @ Approx 3pm to 4pm on 14th May 2015

Beach Day 10GS @ Approx 6pm to 7pm on 14th May 2015

Wow... the above achievements finally synchronised at around 10.45pm.

Thank you for offering to help the rest of the community, but for now this issue managed to fix itself. I'll be wary of unlocking further WP achievements until we know this has been rectified.
