Achievement didn't unlock

Yesterday I unlocked the Export Connoisseur achievement. The achievement itself says 100% although it did not unlock or pop. I try to complete each game 100% and this prevents that. I am hoping that someone from support can assist with this issue. Thanks

[INCIDENT]

I was playing the new Call of Duty WWII on my Xbox One S, Me and a friend are both playing on 2 different console's and have been trying for the past couple of week's to complete a certain challenge to get an achievement, We have both spent countless hours
trying to beat the Hardcore Easter Egg on Call of Duty WWII Zombies on the map called: The Final Reich. We finally beat the boss and completed the challenge which was suppose to give us both an achievement called "Dark Reunion". Upon completion neither one
of us received the achievement "Dark Reunion" so as you could imagine me and my friend are both a bit confused as to why we havent receieved the achievement.

If you goto my capture's i have a recording of Call of Duty WWII Zombies which show's i have all 6 perk's unlocked which can only be aquired after completing the "Hardcore Easter Egg" on the map "The Final Reich" on "Call of Duty WWII" "Zombies".

I hope somebody is able to help me as this as this was such a hard achievement to get and we have both put in a lot of hours trying to get, We are both feeling a little down about this and would both be extremely grateful if someone could help us.

P.S I wasn't too sure if I should post this under game or under console and account due to the achievements being under both catagory.

this sometimes happens on games, i have had achievements pop 3 months after i earned them lol. there can be a few hours delay on the odd achievements.

 

I had this issue previously too.

What I found is that is stayed at 100% but then a couple of days later it went back to 80% with requiring another game mode to be played on Export.

Go in to your stats in game, select LEVELS and scroll down to EXPORT.

The top game modes should all have a 1 or higher in either Win, Loss, Draw column.

OTHER doesn't count but think it did initially which is why it goes to 100% completed but doesn't unlock.

You'll probably find CTF, Last Titan Standing etc is probably 0 in all three columns, so just play that mode and it should pop. the achievement.

If it is still locked and you met the requirements in the in game stats then it is likely you have the same issue as some others on the forums which Microsoft has acknowledged in other threads and are looking at.

 

Yea its at 100% and I have 2 or more now in each game mode excluding other. I hope it goes back to 80% and presents another opportunity to pop or if someone with authority can fix it like the other achievements that haven't unlocked for others.
