Achievement didn't unlock after saying 100%, a few days later, it has been reset back too 0%.

Need help with a frustrating achievements progress being reset.

Dear whoever reads this,

I was supposed to have unlocked an achievement on Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 a few days ago but it stay locked at 100% but i heard it was common for this achievement and it should unlock eventually. The issue did not resolve and actually got
worse when the progress was reset. I have video proof on xbox live of the completion of the required tasks to be completed and when asking a support member if they were able to add it too my account, i was told they could not.

I do not want to have to go for this achievement again as it was very frustrating to unlock in which the final mission took me hours to complete (due to the very precise input timing and button presses required), and there may still be the chance of this
issue occurring if it has not been fixed. So if it is possible, could it please be added to my list of achievements? the proof is there, i show i have cleared all 13 challenges, i just didn't get an achievement!

EDIT: The game put that much stress on me that I did actually get sick from it (starting with a headache). After i completed it to my disappointment of a jolly achievement pop-up, but a 100% completion, i just went for a rest thinking the issue should resolve
over time.

The achievement is called "We Better Use the Hyperbolic Time Chamber..."

Achievement Problems

I've had this problem with achievements on titanfall and outlast, both said ive completed them 100% but I didn't get them unlocked or get the gamer score. My titanfall achievement has also been reset to 0% now too.

 

Glitched Xbox One Achievements.

Yeah basically they are saying that they havn't got a clue how to fix it and are saying that the ball is in our court to redo the achievement and hopefully it will unlock.

Well that is fine and dandy but how are we going to do that when our profile is showing that the achievement has been 100% completed. It is not going to unlock by redoing the achievement requirement as it is aready showing as being completed.

For this to work our glitched achievements have to be reset to an unlocked 0% status

 

Since that is not a Rewards program issue, you may want to try posting in the Dragon Ball forums to see if anyone has any suggestions. There is no one who can just add the achievement for you though.
