Achievement “Devil of the Caribbean” buggy ?

Had this happen to me back in September. Now, it's mid November and nothing has been done. I contacted ubisoft twice and both times they told me that they couldn't fix the issue and to talk to xbox support who has done a *** job of trying to help me too.

I talked to multiple support agents. All of whom I had to explain, reexplain, etc to issue to every time. It seemed like every time they tried to get me to go through the exact same troubleshooting steps, none of which worked.

Now with the release of Unity and Rogue, I have to spend at least 10 minutes explaining that the issue is not in either of those games, even after the support agents ask if the game is Black Flag and I confirm that it is. They also try and tell me that "You
say you're at 75%, but we see 84%." The 84% they keep mention is my overall progress on the game, which happens to be 1050 out of 1250 gamerscore. I've had to explain that multiple times as well.

It doesn't really seem like the support agents read up on the reference numbers that we give them, instead they just do a quick skim and then go into mostly blind.

Not just you mate. I have only completed 2 of the legendary ships so hopefully it will unlock for me. but I've done Barfly, Sea Legs and Siren Song yesterday and not one unlocked.

I didn't have an issue with Watch_Dogs I've unlocked all of them with out a hitch. I had a similar issue on Titan Fall, but 2 days later they popped up as unlocked while on the home screen.

it doesn't seem game specific it seems like the achievement system it self.

We're now in mid November, achievement still didn't unlock... reached out to Ubi support getting a simple PR response that they can't force unlock achievements... Now I'm getting the same issue from AC Unity... It's really getting on my nerves... Ubi is
giving MS a bad rep... I'Ve learned my lesson... I was on the fence about buying Far Cry 4... No I know I won't!

I have this issue and defeated the legendary ships in February, it only shows as 75% Achievement unlocked on Xbox One but I have completed AC4 100% total sync, still no resolution after being connected with Xbox Support for over an hour and have been messaging
