Achievement Counters Not Working

I'm having issues with achievements unlocking. I have 8 gold medals for the daily challenges but the achievement says I only have 6/8. Additionally, the counters for the achievements are not updating. It says I have only completed 30 Free Cell games when
I've completed at least 20 since then. Same with the other games where the counters aren't updating.

I've tried uninstalling, restarting my computer, checking for updates, etc. Nothing seems to work. Is anyone else having this problem? I appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Achievement counters not updating

The counters for collecting the medals monthly did not show credit for January's medals.

 

Achievement counters frozen

4 achievement counters froze for me:

1. Cradle Robber, Find all hardware pickups in the Cradle: Stuck at 58%, even though I'm certainly over 90%

2. Exclusion Zoner, Find all hardware pickups in the Shifting Sands: Stuck at 58%, even though I'm certainly over 90%

3. Spelunker, Complete every dungeon once: Stuck at 50%, even though I've completed every dungeon and got all 4 chests in all of them. I have 82 prismatic cores.

4. Bargain Basin, Find all hardware pickups in the Lonely Basin after Pylon 512 is repaired: Stuck at 50%, even though I'm certainly over 90%

I waited to purchase this game until after the October 5th patch was released, as getting 100% completion is important to me. I'd like an approximate date for when these will be patched.

 

I'm having the same problem since recently.

I got the diamond for this month and done all daily challenges for the perfect run, but both achievements aren't popping.

Then I played a few normal games and noticed the achievement counter for games completed wasn't going up anymore.

I tried everything too, nothing works to fix this.

 

I just started playing a few weeks ago. First as a guest then signed up to get points. The first game I played I got points but they didn't roll over and I haven't gotten points since then. How do I start over?

 

Plus, I would really like to change my name.

 

Mine says I have 4/8 Gold medals and only 3/10 Silver, which obviously isn't possible - as you have to pass through Silver to get to Gold. So yes, it's buggy.

 

I am also having this problem. Every month since October of last year I have achieved PERFECT on the Daily Challenge yet the Achievements show 4/8 Gold, 5/10 Silver and 7/12 Bronze. More curiously the achievement on silver changed this month from 4/8 to
5/10.

The 100 games/boards challenges appear to be working correctly for me but it is frustrating that games on the Daily Challenge and the Star Club do not count towards these totals.

I just started having issues with achievements not unlocking. Should have gotten the silver daily challenge achievement, but the counter remained at 9 / 10.

Also having issues with Mahjong achievements not unlocking.

 

I've noticed this too. Statistics shows completed games correctly but the Awards section has a number of counters that are lower than they should be.

I play mainly on Mobile but play an occasional game on PC but there doesn't seem to be any correlation with this issue.

 

I'm running into the same thing playing Spider. I'm at 27% on Xbox Live but in the game I'm at 33 wins. This is when I try to get to 100 wins. All other achievements have been fine. This started about a week ago for me.

 

I’ve had the same problem. Below are the steps I’ve taken to get achievement counters updating again.

1)
Sign out of XBOX live.

2)
Uninstall Microsoft Solitaire Collections. Don’t worry your current stats are stored in the cloud.

3)
Sign into XBOX Live.

4)
Check your achievement stats.

5)
Execute a tool to cleanup system register errors (deep scan required), privacy issues and junk files. ( I use IObit Advance SystemCare 10 Pro which offers a free version ).

6)
Close XBOX Live.

7)
Install Microsoft Solitaire Collection from Windows Store.

8)
Open Microsoft Solitaire Collection and play a game.

9)
Answering Yes or No to next dialog does not seem to matter. Your PC will sync up local data with cloud data.

10)
Select Themes and download themes available.

11)
Open XBOX Live.

12)
If counter for game selected increments, you are good to go.

13)
At this point, if you play another game you’ll all be able to play Daily Challenges by selecting Show Daily Challenges if not shown.

Note: I have not found a way to sync counts in Microsoft Solitaire Collection Statistics with XBOX Live achievements’ stats.

 

Same here, counter is stuck just for Gold months. Bronze, silver both moved to 8 while gold stuck at 6/8. Tried suggestions by Missus Quinzel (sorry if spelled wrong) in other forums, no luck. Medals in annual counter work fine, showing 3 of each in 2015,
and 5 of each in 2016. Even tried downloading iOS app after all the previous methods, no luck. Counter moves everywhere else, except that 6/8 for gold.
