Achievement and sharing problem

I've been asking for two weeks and looking at forums and it's a generalized problem. All people who have the goty version have the same problem. It is a problem of microsoft servers 100%. Anyone who has the goty version can see in two minutes that his
game has disappeared from his console in statistics, achievements etc.

I saw the pictures and appreciate the feedback. I posted on the other thread for possibly some more pictures relating to the other social features you mentioned is also not working, like the game hub or the official club.

I have a good understanding of what the issue is, but I need to be able to present all of this information to the correct person and pictures will help me clarify everything so that there is no misunderstanding on what needs to be looked at.

I have just responded to your reply on the other thread a few moments ago, with photos taken from my actual Xbox's point of view showing the game no longer appearing under my achievements and the official game club no longer being accessible.

It seems that there are more and more threads/posts emerging with this issue not just here, but also on Reddit.

You may have missed the past 50+ replies to this thread, we have already done that troubleshooting countless of times.

It doesn't work.

Any other updates from Xbox ambassadors or agents?

Those progress tracking, screen share, steaming etc on XBL are associated paid features of this game. They become not available all of the sudden since late Spetember. We paid for the game we are deserved to enjoy all the associated features. Microsoft
should work out the solution. The issue had been well reported so being the leading software developer Microsoft will have solution soon. Right?

The issue for me at least, still appears to be happening weeks after first reporting the issue.

I will soon be on annual leave for around 3 weeks so I am hoping that this issue can get resolved for when I return.

Could any Xbox Live representative or agent be able to provide us with an update regarding this issue?

For those that are viewing this thread for the first time, please don't recommend reinstalling our game/profile as that has already been tried countless of times!

Hi Killzone,

I just checked on the app and my achievements for the witcher are now showing again. Hopefully when I get home and check my xbox, it will be the same result. It would be interesting if someone in the know could let us know what the problem ended up being
to cause these issues.

The Witcher 3 GOTY respawned in my user profile. Recently unlocked achievements and progress are all there. Glad to see it finally got fixed. Thanks to everyone supporting this thread. Thanks to all Microsoft and CD projekt Red personnel who had helped.
This restored my faith in Xbox platform.

Wish everyone working on this game enjoy your time with it.

Like others have pointed out the game is now appearing under my profile on the Xbox app, with all of my achivements and progress for the game.

I am yet to check on my actual Xbox to see if it is appearing on there but it all seems good for now.

I will provide an update this evening once I am home.

I am glad to see that this issue has finally been resolved, again a big thanks to those who offered advice and support.
