Achievement and sharing problem

Hey EclecticMIND,

I have few questions I believe you may help.

Doea the game save from GOTY version compatible with the original version?

When you firing up the original copy, had those lost data (gameplay and achievement history) from GOTY version reappeared?

Were those Witcher 3 stream you posted recently from original game copy?

Problem with sharing game clips and achievements!!!

Hi i have a very big problem with sharing clips and achievements everytime i want to share my game clip and achievements it gives me a message which is saying something went wrong,sorry we unable to share this at the moment try again in a while it keeps
showing this massage everytime, i tried to delete my profile and re-downloading again but again the same problem,any help will be appreciated thanks

 

Witcher 3 lost from my achievements and i waited 72 hours

I and other users are experiencing the exactly same issue. The Witcher 3 game had completely disappeared from our Live profile. Achievements unlocked could no longer be registered to profile.

No there treated as separate games they have separate saves and achievements.

 

Hey Nester, thanks for your suggestion. Tried but it didn't work.

 

How often has this happened?

 

And the only way to see my achievements 4 the goty is to play it and bring up the guide and look at the achievements section. But sense this has happened some achievements will pop and some won't I can't seem to get I wore ofieri before it was cool to pop.

 

I have tried absolutely everything and nothing works. Until I have formatted the console to factory reset. The only solution is for Microsoft to make a patch or update to solve the problem.

Thank you for your response.

Myself and Jimmy have contacted Microsoft Support on probably multiple occasions, hence why we have both created these posts/threads so that others are made aware of the issue which is still ongoing.

Hi XBF Nestor,

As Jimmy has pointed out, this isn't about achievements which we believe to have met the criteria to unlock the achievement to be added to our Gamerscore.

This issue is about all of our activity, progress and current achievements - some of which which have been unlocked over a year ago which seem to have vanished from our Xbox live profiles.

We are unable to compare our progress or check our achievements for the game with others, because our profiles are behaving in a way which act as though we have never played the game at all.



If needed to get a real understanding and clearer picture of what we are all talking about, I can upload some photos, just so you can see what we are trying to explain.

The photo includes my 'recent activity' and the most recent achievement popping up for The Witcher 3 GOTY edition on my phone, although under my recent activity and achievements it isn't there.

So I guess this is not going to be fixed?? If so there goes a 90hr playthrough. Nice customer support Microsoft and I thought PlayStation had bad customer support but you take the gold medal �

Are there any updates on a possible resolution for this issue which are a number of us are experiencing?

EclecticMind, hopefully this issue does get fixed sooner rather than later as there are many of us that are still waiting for our profiles/playthrough's to be updated for everyone to see on our profiles.

Hey Hugo,

I know no updates or responses recently which is very worrying.

I am still refusing to play The Witcher and even insert the disc into my console, whilst this issue is ongoing.

Is anyone able to provide any updates or suggestions for this issue? As Jimmy, myself and others raised this almost 2 weeks ago.
