Achievement and sharing problem

It is strange that your end had became completely slient for over a week. Not responding to any of our message. Please let us know whether there is any progress with our case. If you are no longer handling our case, please just suggest how we can get help.

Hey All,

It is very disappointing to see that this issue has not yet been resolved and that it has all gone quiet besides many of us experiencing the issue.

This cannot be an issue with each of our consoles, as you can see there are 18 of us that have selected the 'I have the same question' option, and there is probably bound to be more.

We cannot express enough how annoying and irritating this bug is, to see all of our progress just disappear for an amazing game.

For those looking at the thread for the first time and are thinking that we haven't done basic troubleshooting, please note that we have done many steps in trying to resolve this issue such as removing our profiles, reinstalling the game, power cycling.

Many of us including myself and Jimmy have even called Microsoft Support multiple times to try and get this issue resolved but here we are still waiting for an update/fix.

If you have a problem with not counting your achievements, you can try reinstalling the game. If it does not help, that's the only way.

Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults

In the menu, you will have two options, delete everything, or return to the factory default settings but do not delete anything. Try first the second option, unless it helps only the first one.

 

I managed to get an Xbox website to put the error on their website and on Twitter. If you share, I appreciate it to spread.

Hey Jurgen,

Reinstalling the game doesn't fix the issue and also resetting the console to factory doesn't fix the issues which we are all experiencing with the game.

 

Same issue as all of the above. Worryingly looks like they're dodging it, how many times do we need to be told to reset, clear cache or reinstall.

 

Yes it is true. Those ambassadors and agencies stopped responsing for two weeks.

Where exactly was this addressed? because I clicked on your link (that had nothing to do with xbox, was to do with pc version) then searched the forum and I can't see where it was addressed.

Are you laughing at us? three weeks without a solution and it seems that you still do not know what is the error that we are reporting.

 

Dear All Microsoft Agents,

If we haven't make clear to you what the problem we are encountering, please simply luanch The Witcher 3-GOTY edition on any of your console, check the user profile or achievement list. It just takes 5 min instead of weeks to understand what is actually
happening.

Please spend some efforts making clear what the problem is and return to us with helpful solution.

Just so everyone gets a better understanding of the issue I have posted photos on a similar thread just a few moments ago.

Please search for the following on the forums, 'Witcher 3 goty edition achievements not registering', a thread created by the user Udiwidi.

It amazes me that after 3 weeks of fully trying to explain the issues we are all experiencing, Moderators are still unable to fully understand the issue.

As others have pointed, the thread on CD Projekt Red is related to the PC version, which is entirely separate to what we are experiencing.

Apologies if it seems that we haven't noticed the issue being presented, but I wanted to inform everyone that we are aware of the issue and we are continuing to track the situation. We're looking into why the Witcher 3 GOTY edition achievement or social
features are not accessible trough your profile. We recently noticed an influx of users posting or chiming in saying they have this same issue, so I am doing my best to make sure you guys are heard.

We are working to pass along this information to the correct people, but we need some help. If anybody is willing to post screenshots/pictures of the issue being experienced, that would be greatly appreciated. Just make sure to censor any personal information
that may make it into any screenshots.

I want to assure everyone that your posts are not going un-seen and that we will work to get to the bottom of this. We appreciate everyone's patience while we gather more data.
