Achievement. 100% Complete but still locked

Hi,

I should have gone 2 achievements in Rise of the Tomb Raider on the 15th. They both show 100% progress toward the achievements but they are still locked.

Here is what I already did:

- Power Cycle the Xbox One for more than 20x.

- Deleted and re-installed the game!

- Deleted local save-file and synced it back

- Deleted and Recovered my profile.

- Force restarted the xbox a least 5 times

So as you can see I did them all and still no unlock. It says LOCKED (100%) when I compare this game with friends. All the other achievements for this game unlocked just fine.

Quantum Break - Media Baron Achievement

Hi. The achievement Media Baron is not unlocking after achievement 100% completion. It says on the the achievement progress bar that is 100% complete, but still locked. Please help me.

You should've gotten these two achievements at the beginning of the game.

Try creating a new log and see if you can unlock the achievements.

 

I have tried starting a new game (in the 3 different game slots) and finishing the level again, but that didn't help unfortunately

 

Does anyone know how to delete a ga,e from your achievements list with 0 G?

Were you or your console Offline when these achievements were "earned"? This could slow the process of the games contacting MS servers and sometimes even require you to redo the requirements Online in order to verify you have completed the achievements.

Since it appears you have gone through all of the suggested troubleshooting techniques, I would advise you to fill out this survey

This will allow Microsoft and the proper teams to investigate the matter fuller. Make sure to be as detailed as possible when it comes to dates you think you unlocked achievements, etc.

best thing ever is to wait a day or 2 then phone xbox sometimes they can activate it on there end if not try power cycle or going to settings/network/advanced settings/alternate mac address/ clear
