Acer Aspire 5472 Series Not Loading Xbox Messages Via App

My Acer is not loading messages :/

Oh And I Also Forgot That My Acer Aspire Series Laptop That Does Not Load The Recent Messages VIA The App It Does Have Windows 10 (it was previously Windows 7)

Yes It Has Recently Updated And No There Is No Error Message It Loads Normally

We recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox App.

Make sure that the Xbox app installed on your computer is the

latest version. Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox App to update it.

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.  
2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.  
3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage  
4. Hit Enter.  
5. Launch Windows Store and download the
   Xbox App.  ]
