    Ace Combat 7 Season pass Content not free


    I am having issues with Ace Combat 7's Season pass where i have purchased it and one of the season pass DLC is not showing up in my Ready To install instead it's saying i have to buy it when in the description it says it's with Season Pass and i have had
    friends get it for free but mine says i have to buy it even though i have season pass help will be well appreciated!

    I'm having the same issue. I think it's down to an issue with the season pass itself. When I go in to manage game & add-ons the season pass doesnt appear with everything else. However, if I look at the season pass in the store it says I own it there.
    I have tried redownloading it multiple times, but still can't play the dlc mission despite having it installed. When I look at the mission in the store it says I don't own it.

    This mirrors my issue exactly. I talked to microsoft support and got no help whatsoever. This is really frustrating, especially with complete radio silence from bandai namco and microsoft.

    I am in the same boat. I attempted everything. Console reboot, uninstalling and reinstalling all the DLC, reinstalling the Season Pass, uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game... Talking to two different support agents yielded no results. They simply
    told me to contact Bandai Namco or Project Aces. Bandai and Aces will most likely point the finger back at Microsoft. I even confirmed with the agents that I have the purchase in my order history, and they still will not grant me the license to the DLC, or
    provide me with the necessary Microsoft Credit required to purchase it individually. Pathetic.
