    Ace Combat 6 can't launch the game


    Hi! Ipurchased the pre-order blunde of Ace Combat 7, and gets my code for the download of Ace Combat 6. I redem it and install whitout problems;

    but when i trying to play Ace Combat 6, but I got the prompt "Do you own this game or app?"
    aslo i have the option for insert the disc or go to Store..

    I tried cleaning cache memory, cleaning Alternate MAC Address,
    logging out and re login, and nothing works..

    Any ideas??

    1. First, please make sure you're online on the account that purchased the game, or are on the my home xbox of the account that owns the game if you're offline. If you're playing this offline please see here for more info:

    Well, the purchase history shows the AC7 Launch Blunde, but into the package content not figure Ace Combat 6, maybe this can be the problem..

    When you check your purchase history on your account does it show there? It could be what Chiefjoboo suggested and you may have purchased it on another account.
