    I have been unable to join Multiplayer games without My account says I can.I been having problems with my account has been likes for months now and Xbox support techs have unable to fix my problem with the account and my( Privacy and online safety settings)

    Child accouts have to be changed by the adult supervisor of the accout. And by you trying to change it sent a notification to that accout

    I'm not fully sure which account you are referencing here in this post, however I wanted to try and assist in any way I could. To start, I would try and sign into your Microsoft Account on another device, either a phone or laptop. Usually you can begin to figure
    out the issue when attempting to sign in one of those other devices, and whatever the problem may be, we can troubleshoot from there! Feel free to reply to this post if you have any further questions or need any assistance, I'll also include a link to a solid

    im sure that my problem is linked with the xbox one, i have just managed to download a third accout that has never touched the xbox one, but the two accouts that have will not recover!
