Accounts missing

I have a X630 and have a live account on it. I also have a few non-live profiles on it. I recently bought an Xone and transferred my live account to it. Now when I try and use the 360, all of the other profiles are gone. Did my 360 delete them or are
they floating somewhere else? I also do not see them on the Xone.

PS. When I tried to transfer my live account back to the 360 it gave me a new account that shows none of my achievements and a randomized gamer tag. (The one that is shown)

Was your account "hacked" or stolen? Let's start a count.

December 20th: Account taken between 12 AM and 12 PM points drained. UAI Started as soon as I discovered points missing, Account was not migrated.

January 5th: Account returned with codes for missing points.

Missing account?

Recently, I went to go on my Xbox360 and get some play time in, but when I looked at my account, the gamerscore was 0, my avatar was blank, and when I signed in, all my save files on all my games were gone. It also gives me the option to sign in again as
myself, and I get the error code 80072EF3. Can I have some help?

Hi

If the Offline profiles are still present on your Xbox 360 please see the guide below for how to change the profile into a gamertag that you will then be able to load and use on your Xbox One. If the profiles have already been removed from your Xbox 360
then they are now probably gone.

That aside, to regain access to your account you'll need to fill out our
Account Recovery form with as much information as you can! The more specifics the better.

Looks like your game tag could be corrupt, delete the system cashe and if that doesn't work you might need to delete and re-download your gamer tag, but make sure you know what your Microsoft account and password is.

That error code odes indicate that their might be a connectivity issue so before you delete your gamer tag just do a network test.
