Accounts gets hacked, then perm ban and can't appeal?

Discus and support Accounts gets hacked, then perm ban and can't appeal? in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; My account gets hacked and gamerscore is modded, so I receive a perm ban and cant appeal?     Accounts gets hacked, then perm ban and can't appeal?


    My account gets hacked and gamerscore is modded, so I receive a perm ban and cant appeal? I just don't understand. Obviously only an idiot would think that receiving 400k gamerscore would be considered normal and not cause red flags. Have had years of no issues and haven't received any other kind of enforcement, yet I get hacked and I'm instantly banned? Is there no way to just get the gamerscore and stuff reset and get my account back? I'm sure that there is a way to check the console IDs and see that it doesn't match mine and that it is a different location.

    Is there any way to get unbanned? I've spent hundreds of dollars on games that I have now lost because I can't even sign in and switch them over to a new Xbox account such as Fortnite and Call of Duty.

    I would like to post on enforcement but can't.

    sorry to say if you got a perm ban for too many communication suspensions they ran out of chances for you. after multiple suspensions they just feel you are not allowed on the service anymore, thus the perm ban there is no appeal for perm bans you will
    just have to start over and refrain from what you did to get those communication suspensions on the new account, good luck.

    FYI if it is a perm ban (banned til 9999) there is no appeal you will NOT be getting that account back you will have to start over on a fresh account, and NOTE you foriet any remaining GOLD, MS points, etc when you get banned as well.

    I always thought that any mods that alter an account (making avatar blue etc) meant perm ban with no way to appeal it.

    yeah but if it has been banned for 5 years now it is a perm ban and there is no reversal or appeals
