    Accounts been wrongfully banned?


    As of October 26, 2023 my Xbox account zuk024 10+ year old is suspended indefinitely with no details as to why. All it says is something about community guidelines which I’ve done nothing to break. I’ve been playing a lot of older Xbox 360 games on my Xbox one lately and there are many modders on those games. Not sure if they used some type of ban tool to ban my account because there are a lot of recent videos on YouTube about it. I can appeal it but there is no guarantee I will win. The videos on YouTube say people that use this ban tool the accounts that try to appeal get denied. and there is no detail as to how I violated guidelines… please get back to me. This is heartbreaking 10+ year old account I’ve had it since a kid. I did nothing wrong

    This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
    up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.

    If someone harasses you online just report that person and block him/her from further abuse. If you use abusive language that is object for suspension acts.

    In case that you have filed for a case review just wait for the results for only enforcement team can decide this.

    No one in the forums can help you with suspensions.
