    I have 2 accounts that I use for my xbox. I got xbox live on the 2nd one, but accidentally reset my console and my accounts disappeared. I added my first account back into the xbox, but I've forgotten all the information for my second account (which is the
    important account). I know the Gamertag but I don't remember the password or the email address. Is there still a way to add the account to my xbox or find what the password/email address is.

    ***I tried the 'forgot password' button when I type the gamertag in and it asks me for the password but it makes me type letters and numbers to make sure I'm not a robot, which majority of the time are unreadable. After I type it correctly, it makes me do
    more. I've spent at least 45 minutes typing out these numbers to make sure I'm not a robot and it is so frustrating so I've given up on that.

    No. Once you're banned for something like that, the enforcement team will not unban you.
