HELP!

My brother's account has been hacked twice now and this time he has been permanently banned from the hacker and Microsoft want nothing to do with it!

I need advise, is there an easy way to fix this or I am going to take this to court because Microsoft has been completely useless.

Guys, I've not bothered to search as I wouldn't even know quite where to start, so apologies if this is common knowledge already.

My question is............

I've already signed over my XBL account to the ONE, which works fine, but what I'm wondering is how do I get the kids and misses across from the 360 ?
I'm the only one with a live account and the 3 other profiles where made on the 360.
Whilst I was out MTB'ing today the "kids" wanted to play Zoo Tycoon, but since I have to ONE set up for face sign in they had a few problems, to the point where on my arrival home there were about 6 new accounts made in their attempts to sign in *Facepalm :facepalm:
It's been so long since the other accounts were made on the 360 I can't even remember what processes were required.
Do you need an email addy ?

Have you
contacted support to open up an Unauthorized Account Access ticket so they can look into what was going on with the unauthorized access to account?

Beyond that it's all in the Enforcement Team's hands and they don't use the forums. They are only contactable via the case review process on the Enforcement site that SLB4EVERPT mentioned.

 

Your brother is always responsible for what happens to his account. After he got hacked once, he should have taken the necessary steps to prevent further hacking, by
changing his password and turning on Two Step Verification and using an Authenticator App.

With Two Step Verification in combination with an authenticator app, a hacker wouldn't be able to get into your brother's account, as the hacker would have to physically steal your brother's phone. It's basically like letting your entrance door unlocked,
and then complaining that a burglar got into your house and stole your TV.

Your brother can try to do as Mistress Sara said, and contact support to file an Unauthorized Account Access, and then file a Case Review on the Enforcement page at
https://enforcement.xbox.com

But FIRST your brother has to make sure he changed the password to something secure and enabled Two Step Verification in combination with the Authenticator App.

Also, while on the
page for account security, your brother needs to check that the hacker didn't add a phone number or email that belongs to the hacker. Otherwise the hacker would simply recover the account through his own emails or phone numbers.
