    Hi

    my xbox live account his suspended since 2 days due to a late paiement of my bills cause my C card was expired last month.

    i when to my microsoft account and change the paiement option with a new card and pay the late bill. it says that my paiement will be traited but nothing has changed since. i am still not able to connect on the xboxlive, cant play multiplayer.

    can you help and tell me how long i ll be suspended ?

    Yes I have posted there but no reply, at all. my account is suspended due to late charges, this much I know.

    Apologies for the late response, i never got a notification that there was a reply. When i try to access my account It just says " This account is permanently suspended from xbox live due to misconduct. " which it was not permanently suspended it was suspended for 14 days and i have the screenshots of the xbox enforcement page as proof of the 14 day suspension.

    We have the same issue :l , my microsoft account also got suspended. I dont know I have to use the enforcement link if it is only for xboxlive account.
