however 24hr bans are not eligible for case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

It's possible he could have had a 24 hours suspension in that time period. There is no way for you to know for sure when someone else has been given a suspension.

If he was suspended It was foolish to send more abuse 24 hours later as I reported him again. I received a messaage hours later after the first few sent on Friday. How long does it take for the enforcenent team to look at the complaint ? I was suspended only
minutes after I used profanity.

No there was nothing said in violation of the code it was just talking about the enforcement how some guy baited me and I ended up getting suspended while he still was able to harass me and that my 24-hour suspension turned into a 29 hour suspension

You'll have to sign in from a different Microsoft account and pick an option in support that will allow you to request a call. They initially told me they couldn't tell why I was suspended then after a few hours they said I was permanently suspended for harassing other players through written or verbal communications on Xbox Live. I don't have a problem with punishment but being permanently suspended after only receiving communication bans is wild. I could've learned my lesson with a 1 or 2 week suspension from Xbox live easy.

Thank you for the response, however my account only has recieved a 24 hour ban and I cannot get it reviewed. I have had this account since around 2007 and have never been suspended or placed under review. My main concern is that someone is using multiple
accounts to harass players and the support staff seem unable to deal with the issue.
