    Account works on my PS4 but not XBOX??


    I try to login to my account on my Xbox after it was reset and I have lost my account some how, I still have everything on my ps4 but we are about to sell it and I will no longer be able to use it, my epic games is linked fine but when I use the exact same email and password on my Xbox it created a new account and now I’m unable to get all of my progress back on my Xbox I have no idea how to fix this could anyone please shed some light??

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Xbox account. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

    Based on the description you provided, it is most likely that your Microsoft Xbox account has a different email address from the one you have currently signed in with your PS4 account.

    To confirm this, kindly sign into your Xbox account on account.microsoft.com > go to Payment and Billing > Order History.

    If you're unable to see your Xbox transactions under the Order History, which means this is not your Xbox account. Try to sign in to your other email addresses and check the Order History to locate your original Xbox account.

    so i tried signing in to my xbox account on mc ps4 and it didnt work so i sign in to my other account i went to play my mc bedrock on xbox but my skins and minecoins are gone i made sure if i was using my account my templates were locked i went
    on ps4 bedrock all my skins and stuff were there idk how they transerered over to my ps4 and it was a microsoft account but same email for xbox and ps4 account is there a way to transfer my skins and stuff back to my xbox account i have not bought anything

    Hopefully in the near future. the ps4 remote play only works if you have good WiFi connection and you have to have a ps4 with xcloud coming you should only need an xbox live account and not an xbox to play on any device.

    That's my understanding of it.
